Jourdan Harmon holds a Master's degree in Higher Education and is an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She has studied at Florida State University, the University of South Carolina, and Four Streams Coaching. Drawing upon her coaching and training experience, Jourdan supports ESA Team members in seeking a career path they feel aligned with and excited about. She offers individualized support to maximize personal and professional potential by creating pathways for goal setting and skill building. Jourdan coordinates opportunities such as trainings, certifications, workshops and mentoring that encourage the growth and development of team members at ESA South.
